The strategic themes for the current year are network collaboration, internationalization, Chief Data Officers (CDO), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The new board continues to improve event and communication practices as a part of national Tieto- ja viestintätekniikan ammattilaiset TIVIA ry and global Dama International networks.

The official administrative language of the DAMA Finland association is Finnish but we are promoting also English language in virtual and live events. Active non-Finnish speakers are very welcome to join the association to help organize events in English.
